North Cheshire Community Rail Partnership has appointed Christine Kinsella as its new Community Rail Development Officer. She commenced work with the Partnership on 9th June 2025.
Chris, who lives on the Wirral, joins the Partnership with over 30 years’ experience in both the private and public sectors, covering administration, project support and finance & procurement. Recent roles have included working for the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority as part of the Skills and Apprenticeship Hub.
Chris joins at an exciting time for the Partnership, which has recently been incorporated as a Community Interest Company. Its updated strategy has the Vision of ensuring that all of the communities of North Cheshire, Halton and Warrington are “Proud of our Railways” and as Community Rail Development Officer, Chris will be central to the development and delivery of collaborative partnerships in support of the grassroots volunteer-led community initiatives.
