Heritage, community and connection at the heart of Cheshire
Frodsham Station has been serving the town since 1850 and remains a vital stop on the route between Chester and Manchester. The Grade II listed station building stands as a reminder of the town’s rich rail history. Although the station is unstaffed, it has lots of potential opportunities for community led engagement in developing the station gardens and its bio-diversity.
Passengers benefit from self-service ticketing, clear information displays and shelter on both platforms. With step-free access available to both sides and links to the nearby council car park, Frodsham Station offers a practical starting point for local journeys and onward connections across the region.
Some step-free access is available to both platforms.
